Funds deposited in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at ph67c's sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph67c, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall ph67c's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to ph67c in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to such liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ph67c and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

8. Termination

ph67c reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or any other reason that ph67c deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Service. ph67c reserves the right to retain any funds in your account if termination results from violation of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity. If your account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms and Conditions, ph67c will return any remaining account balance to you after deducting any applicable fees.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by ph67c on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph67c concerning your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ph67c.
